Semiautomated and full automated inline processes such as wirebonding, die attach, lid attach and seal, uv curing, vision guided automated optical inspection and automated test systems form the core of production manufacturing in the semiconductor back-end assembly industry.  We have developed several process cells that provide common applications for this industry.
