Martek Automation’s SCC1400-S Splitter Conveyor receives parts or carriers from a single lane conveyor and splits them onto multiple parallel lanes.  An example application is feeding a multi-lane, belt fed curing oven.

Special Features

Easily Configured for Two or Three Lanes

  • The conveyor widths are adjustible from 6 inches to 12 inches.
  • Split from 1 to lane to 2 lanes or 1 lane to 3 lanes.
  • Easily program the shuttle position to pick up parts at the location of the upstream conveyor.
