Unprocessed parts in magazines are loaded onto an automated magazine unloader system, such as Martek Automation’s 1120U-CE.  The magazine unloader moves one process carrier at a time onto a downstream conveyorized system for part processing.

At the opposite end of a work cell or integrated line, a magazine loader such as Martek Automation’s 1130D-CE receives the process carriers with the completed parts into an empty slot. Once all slots are full the magazines can be transported to the next operation.
