Example Projects

     Robotic Small Parts Assembly

Fully automated assembly of three component parts which includes integrated 2D vision inspection, part color checking
and torque sensing devices.  Parts are sorted by good
assemblies, re-workable assemblies and rejected assemblies.

Automated Tube Cut and Threading

Fully automated cutting and threading of a .014 inch medical tube.  Integrated vision guidance system robotically positions
a precision diamond cutting blade to accurately automate the process.  The vision system evaluates wear on the blade to
provide consistent results and to produce alerts when replacement is required.
